Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your matcha. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of matcha powder, we do not accept returns on opened products.

However, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your product arrives defective or compromised

2. Reporting an Issue

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [milkandhoney.notmins@gmail.com] with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

3. Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

4. Replacements

If eligible, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
